Transcript: Dr. Walter Martin promotes CRI Board member Hank Hanegraaff as a memory expert, during the Bible Class meeting at Newport Mesa Christian Center, November 27, 1988
Dr. Walter Martin: “I’m going to have Hank Hanegraaff come in, to our Bible Class, a gentleman I’ll introduce you to, a member of our Board. He is the world’s leading authority, on memory retention and on how to witness to people. He has an organization called ‘Personal Witness Training’ and uh, I’ve asked him to come in here. I’m gonna sit in the class the day he comes in, and he’s going to teach you how, in the quickest, simplest manner, to get the Gospel across to somebody and to link together your memory so that you can do that. I think it’s a very interesting thing and, uh, since uh, he’s doing it for free, I can’t think of anything better. When he does it normally, uh, you pay a big healthy chunk for seminars, but he promised to come into my class one Sunday morning, hopefully in the month of December, and uh, actually do a ‘Personal Witness Training’ thing for the class, to show them how it’s done. I think you’d find that very interesting. So, when he’s coming, I’ll let you know, but, I’ve asked him to do that, because, he’s the best in the field.”
